"I recently saw the passing of Keith's father and wanted to pass along my deepest condolences to Keith Jr. and the entire family. Keith Jr. built my summer lake home on Lake Laura (9017 Longview) back in 2005.just down tje street from Keith senior. At the time, Jr lived right on Lake Laura himself before moving near St. Ives.Having never been through a new build before—and living three hours away—it could have been an incredibly nerve-wracking experience. But Keith made it absolutely seamless. He was so honest, had brilliant ideas, and possessed an unmatched attention to detail. He completely took the anxiety out of the long-distance build by taking pictures of every single step, mailing/sending them to me, and calling me weekly with progress updates.You could always tell a Sterling-built house the second you walked through the front door. Keith was not only a premier, talented builder, but a genuinely fun, great person to work with. I sold the home some years back, but I will always carry fond memories of working with him. I wanted to share this memory to remind you of the incredible legacy of quality, honesty, and kindness the Sterling family brought to Canadian Lakes. Keeping you all in my thoughts.
