Keli Diane Underhill's Obituary
Keli Diane Underhill, beautiful daughter, sister, girlfriend, and mom, passed away unexpectedly October 13, 2022 at the age of only 38. It’s hard to imagine a world without her in it.
She was born November 16, 1983, the daughter of Henry and San Juana (DeLaCruz) Underhill. Right from the start, it was apparent that Keli was a spitfire, and forever would be. Her “straight forward” personality allowed those around her to always know exactly where they stood with her, never having to guess. She had a huge heart and an even bigger sense of humor. She kept her family and friends laughing; and had an infectious laugh that will be so deeply missed. Fishing, hunting, casino trips with family, and time spent with her kids were her favorite things to do. She was always up for a good time, and was great at helping others to have a good time.
Her vivid personality and compassionate nature will be so dearly missed by her parents; boyfriend, Jack Harris; sister, Donna (Christopher) Owen; children, Jackie, Jack Jr., Kole, and Elijah Harris; nephew, Caden Owen, and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Keli was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Henry Clare and Opal Jean Underhill; maternal grandparents, Juan and Adelida DeLaCruz; uncle, Gil G. DeLaCruz, and aunt, Aurora DeLaCruz.
A funeral Service in her honor will be held Wednesday, October 19th, at 11:00 am, at Janowicz Family Funeral Home in Remus with Pastor Richard Taylor officiating. Visitation will be held Tuesday evening from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and again Wednesday morning from 10:00 am to the time of service. Burial will follow in Altona Cemetery. A luncheon will take place at the Sylvester Community Church following the burial.
