Ken was born August 29, 1941 in Gowen, the son of Obediah and Myrtle (Kent) Nichols. In 1971, he married Diane Gibbons.
Ken & his wife, Diane purchased KJ’s Restaurant in 1998 and Ken was considered the “PR guy”, always visiting with their customers. Ken continued to work at Parker Hannifan Brass in Lakeview, retiring in 2003 after 27 years in the business. He loved gardening, flowers, his yard and the work it required. He had a passion for motorcycles and scooters but most of all he loved being “Papa” to his grandchildren.
