? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Big Rapids She was born January 17, 1912, in Big Rapids, the daughter of Henry and Amelia (Kietzman) Golz. Lenora is survived by one son, Gene (Diane) Bongard and two daughters Carla Bork and Karen Martin, eight grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren and one great great grandchild, one sister, Hertha Grunst and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Ira and six sisters, Margaret, Ruth, Alma, Olga, Dorothea and Gertrude. ? Lenora was a life member of St. Peters Lutheran Church in Big Rapids, where she was baptized, confirmed, and married. She was a long-time member of the L.L.W., and taught Sunday school there for many years. ? Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 19, 2010, at St. Peters Lutheran Church in Big Rapids, with Rev. John Bookshaw officiating. Burial will be in the Highland View Cemetery. Memorial contributions for St. Peters Lutheran Church and School or Hospice of Michigan may be left at the Mohnke Funeral Home, where Lenoras family will greet friends from 6-8 p.m. on Monday.
