Leo Eugene Oberst's Obituary
Leo Oberst passed away May 19, 2023, in Alma MI. He was 96 years old. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Virgie Oberst and his brother and sister (Yale Oberst and Neoma Wood). He was in the Army during World War II and served in Europe. He lived most of his life in Edmore and he was the Postmaster. He was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church, the VFW, and the Masonic Lodge. He is survived by his wife Jean, two sons (Craig and Lee) and daughters-in-law Debby and Janice. Funeral services will be held at the Faith United Methodist Church in Edmore on Saturday May 27, 2023, at 11:00 with a viewing at 10:00.
