Linda Lou Lintemuth's Obituary
Linda Lou Lintemuth, 73, of Big Rapids was called home to be with her Lord on Thursday, March 8, 2012. She was born on October 22, 1938 in Reed City, the daughter of Milford and Edith (Hodges) Gray. She graduated from Evart High School, volunteered with Meals on Wheels and was a life long member of the Free Methodist Church in Evart and Big Rapids. Linda married John Sherwood Lintemuth in 1956. She is survived by two sons, Marvin (Leslie Gill) Lintemuth of Big Rapids, Eric (Jeannie Hickox) Lintemuth of Cadillac, one daughter, Brenda (Donald) Eveland of Paris, six grandchildren, Tonya (Fred) Tacey, Joshua (Heidi) Wilson, Erica Lintemuth, Rebecca Lintemuth, R.J. Lintemuth, Tia Lintemuth and six great grandchildren. Also surviving are two sisters, Victoria Post and Marvella Cope, two brothers, Vurl and Huson Gray, plus many nieces and nephews. Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her late husband John, and seven brothers and sisters. Funeral services for Linda will be at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, March 13, 2012 at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids with Pastor Ted Johnson officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Big Rapids Free Methodist Church.
