Lonny Dale Stephan's Obituary
Reed City - Lonny Dale Stephan, 66, of Chase Township, passed away Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at his residence.
He was born September 19, 1951, in Barton Township, the son of Ernest "Bud" and Audrey (Hoffman) Stephan, and graduated from Reed City High School in 1969. For several years, Lonny worked for the Hydaker-Wheatlake Company. He then worked for 30 years as a driver for Wolverine Power Supply Company.
Lonny was a member of I.B.E.W. Local #876. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing on his hobby farm north of Hawkins.
On February 24, 1973, he married Debra C. Johnson, who survives. Also surviving are 2 daughters, Christina (Shawn) Ward of Hersey, Jennifer Rehkopf of Reed City; 5 grandsons, Tyler, Erik, Devin, Parker, and Paris; his mother Audrey; 3 brothers, Larry (Becky) of Hawkins, Randy (Nancy) of Paris, and Steve of Hawkins; his sister Valerie (Denny) Wells of Paris; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A celebration of Lonny's life will be Saturday, August 11, 2018 form 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. at the Green Charter Township Hall in Paris.
