Lorelei Lee Parker's Obituary
Lorelei Lee Parker age 51, passed away Tuesday, February 02, 2016 at Butterworth Hospital, Grand Rapids, with family at her side. Lorelei was born September 29, 1964 in Alma, the daughter of Allen "Mike" and Claudette (Steffenhagen) Buskirk. She was united in marriage to Dennis Parker on June 17, 1989 in Crystal, Michigan. Lorelei worked as a paraprofessional for Montcalm School District for many years. She enjoyed gardening, crafts and photography. But most of all she loved her family and spending as much time as she could with her grandchildren. She will be missed dearly.
Left to cherish Lorelei's memory is her loving husband; Dennis, children; Stacy, Tracy (Sara), Jonathon (Shonda), Jay, Jill (Ryan) and Dennis (Marcy) Parker Jr., 16 grandchildren; Tyler, Kyle, Brookelle, Trevor, Gracelyn, Nathan, Emma, Trevor, Carter, Austin, Nolan, Hoyt, Mason, Jeremy, Christopher and Kyndall, mother; Claudette Buskirk, 3 brothers; Larry (Patty), Vance and Verl (Karen) Buskirk. Lorelei was preceded in death by her father; Allen "Mike" and an infant brother; Joseph.
Funeral Services for Lorelei will take place Saturday, February 06, 2016 at 1:00 PM from Brigham Funeral Chapel-Edmore. Burial will be in McBride Cemetery. Visitation will take place Friday, February 05, 2016 from 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Brigham Funeral Chapel-Edmore. In lieu of flowers, those planning a memorial contribution are asked to consider the Wishes of the Parker Family.
