Lori Lee Martin's Obituary
Lori Lee Martin, 62, of Lakeview, Ml. passed away at Spectrum Blodgett Hospital in Grand Rapids with loved ones by her side, on Saturday, January, 16, 2021.
She was born in Lansing, Ml on September 19, 1958 the daughter of Phillip A. (deceased) and Lila L. (deceased) Martin.
Lori attended Howell High School with the class of 1976. She also took classes at Kirtland Community College in Roscommon, Ml.
She was passionate about animals. Lori earned the nickname of "Elly May Clampett" (of the Beverly Hillbillies). She always felt animals were better companions than people. Lori was a beautiful person who was tender with her animals, family, and friends. She was tough though too, being strong minded and feisty - sometimes to a fault. She was quick witted and always wanted to end phone calls with her two sisters Pamela Mathews (David) and Shelley Martin, on a positive note and a laugh.
Lori is survived by her two sisters, her daughter Rosa Lee Allevato, her Granddaughters - Kayla Fry (Shayne), Summer Fry (Tyler), Olivia Allevato, Great Granddaughter - Chevelle Fry, her Stepmother Marcia Martin, and a host of Nieces, Nephews, Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and Friends. Also, her 5 Birds, 3 Dogs, and 2 Cats.
Lori will be cremated, and a memorial service may be held later. Memorial donations to honor her may be made to: 11ttps://secure.aspca.org/donate/memorial
