Lorraine Doris Skutt's Obituary
Lorraine Doris Skutt, age 91, of Sarasota, Florida, formerly of Lakeview, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on Tuesday, June 26, 2018. She was born December 2, 1926, the daughter of Alfred and Alvena (Schwandt) Olsen.
She married Lloyd Skutt on October 28, 1945. They raised their family in Lakeview. Lorraine enjoyed fishing, golfing, traveling, playing cards and her church families. Lloyd and Lorraine loved spending time with their family and friends. They were members of Beautiful Savior Lutheran Church in Sarasota, and had great faith in the Lord.
Lorraine will be deeply missed by her children; Diane (Rush) Mc Daniel of Portage, and Marsha Skutt and her husband Kevin of Sarasota, FL; grandson Todd (Michelle) McDaniel of Sioux Falls, SD; great-grandson, Brandon McDaniel; several nieces, nephews, friends, and church family.
Lorraine was preceded in death by her loving husband of 71 years Lloyd Skutt; her parents, Alfred and Alvena Olsen; and her brothers Donald, Leo and Gerald Olsen.
A private graveside service for Lorraine will be held July 10, 2018 in Michigan.
