Lula Midge Bechtel's Obituary
Paris- Lula Belle "Midge" Bechtel, 76 of Paris, previously of the Hungerford Lake area, passed away Monday, April 18, 2011. She was born October 16, 1934 in Big Rapids, the daughter of Evan and Iva (Hiller) Traynor. Midge is survived by five daughters, Lori of Paris, Melodee of Broman, Sue Nell, Janine and Linda of Indiana, two sons, Denny and JB of Indiana, many grandchildren, great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Also surviving is one sister Ellen Shroyer of Big Rapids. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Paul Bechtel, four brothers, Leon, Ray, Chuck and Marty Traynor plus one sister Ann Woolard. Midge enjoyed knitting, crafting, cooking, gardening, canning and refunding. She had been a member of Woodville Christian Reformed Church. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Friday, April 22, 2011 at the Mohnke Funeral Home with Pastor Foster Brummel officiating. Visitation will be Thursday from 3-5 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to the family at the funeral home.
