Lyle was a person you had to respect, always very kind, he recited poems at our music jamboree's and at senior center in Winn, he said he had 26 of them, people loved him and his talent
We are so sorry for your loss. He was a very kind and happy man. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family.

He was a great role model and teacher. He was a man of faith and family. He had a sincere heart. I loved listening to his writings/poems at church.
With sympathy and blessings to Lyle's family...I have heard so many wonderful things about Lyle and his life. I had the opportunity to go to Verna's and his 70th wedding anniversary. Such a great man and father to his children. He will be missed...a very kind and loving person. Marge Frese (friend of Sandy)
With love and hugs,
There are not many people that I would say even came close to my dad but Lyle was one that did. He and Verna raised 4 lovely children and am proud to call Larry my brother in-law. Love all of you so much. God comfort you in this time of grief!

Prayers to the whole family. So many memories of going to their house as a kid. He was an amazing man who always greeted with a smile and a hug. I remember how he loved to show my son the animals on the farm when we stopped to say Hi on one of trips home so many years ago.
Lyle was a great guy and a great member of our community. He will be missed by so many, but especially his Famiy. You all have my very deepest sympathy. Hugs to all.
