Marilyn A. Bolton's Obituary
Big Rapids Marilyn A. Bolton, age 64, of Paris, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, June 15, 2011. She was born on April 17, 1947 in Reed City, Michigan, the daughter of William and Mae (Kinney) Benzine. Marilyn was a long time member of the First Baptist Church in Big Rapids. She loved gardening, reading and travel. Marilyn is survived by Stephen, her husband of 44 years, four children, David (Karla) Bolton of Kentwood, MI, Donald Bolton of of Kalamazoo, Debra (Keith) Bailey of Dimondale, MI, Dana (Bradley) Kamstra of Monroe, MI , two grandchildren, Colt and Wade Bolton, two sisters, Ellen Baar of Reed City and Phyllis Larson of Reed City. She was preceded in death by her parents, eight brothers and two sisters. Funeral Services for Marilyn will be at 11:00 am Wednesday, June 22, 2011 at the First Baptist Church in Big Rapids with Pastor Bruce Peterson officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 pm on Tuesday, June 21 at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids. Interment will be at Park Hill Cemetery in Paris. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
