Lakeview- Michael Clifford McKelvey, age 73, of Lakeview passed away at home on Friday, October 18, 2024. Michael was born in Lakeview on November 29, 1950, to Clifford and Dixie (Hansen) McKelvey. He also grew up in Lakeview where he attended school, graduating with the Class of 1969. Michael became a truck driver and owner of Double M Trucking. On October 7, 2005, he married Linda Jacobs. Aside from driving truck, Michael enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, and golfing. Michael will be dearly missed by wife, Linda; children, Melissa (Brian) Charron of Lakeview, Matthew McKelvey of Lakeview, Aubrey (Rod) Gyger of Lakeview, Adam (Stephanie) Jacobs of Germany, Wes Jacobs of Sheridan, Alina Jacobs of Grant; grandchildren, Zack, Garrett, Marcus, Mara, Triston, Danny, Civana, Corvin, Cari, Logan, Lucas; 3 great-grandchild; sisters, Nancy (Randy) Snyder of Lakeview, Kathy Pierce of Grand Rapids; mother-in-law, Sharon Earick of Lakeview; sister-in-law, Sarah Earick of Florida; best friend, Gail (Kris) Lockwood of Lakeview; several nieces and nephews; and best buddy, his dog, Maggie. Michael was preceded in death by his parents.
