Michael Denis O'Byrne of Canadian Lakes, Michigan was born November 2, 1938 in Lansing, Michigan. Passed away April 5, 2019 at his home in Canadian Lakes, Michigan. He retired from the Lansing Housing Commission after 30 years. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Margaret A. O'Byrne and a son, Patrick O'Byrne, of St. Petersburg, Florida, 3 daughters, Kelly O'Byrne Laughridge (Jerry) of Sanford, Florida, Elizabeth Michels of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Brenda Campbell of Canadian Lakes, Michigan, 2 grandsons, Quinten Hopper of Sanford, Florida and Nicholas O'Byrne of Lansing, Michigan 4 granddaughters Carley O'Byrne of Lansing, Michigan, Katrina O'Byrne of St. Petersburg, Florida, Heather Hopper of Orlando, Florida and Coral Holmes of Canadian Lakes, Michigan. Predeceased by his parents, Hugh Denis Byrne (aka O'Byrne) and Eileen Batterberry Byrne (aka O'Byrne) of Lansing, Michigan and a Grandson David Michael Hopper of Lansing, Michigan. Gravesite services will be held at Richland Cemetery of Montcalm County, Vestaburg, Michigan on April 11, 2019 at 3 P.M.
