Norma Jean Muse's Obituary
Paris - Norma Jean Muse, 53, of Paris, passed away Wednesday, May 28, 2014, in Green Township, from injuries sustained in an automobile accident. She was born December 15, 1960, in Big Rapids, the daughter of Gerald and Dorothy (Olson) Muse, and lived in the area her entire life. For over 20 years, Norma Jean owned and operated Prime Design Hair Salon in Reed City. She enjoyed gardening, and playing with her granddaughters. Norma Jean is survived by two daughters, Kelli Welling of Paris, and Crystal Welling of Grand Rapids; 3 granddaughters, Adrianna, Amelia, and Lillian; her brother Edwin Muse of Paris; 2 step-brothers, Randy and Terrry Schuberg; a step-sister Linda Maxwell; and her uncle Gene Muse of Paris. Visitation times for Norma Jean will be from 3-6 p.m. on Saturday, May 31, at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids. Following cremation, burial will be in the Park Hill Cemetery in Paris. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made for the wishes of her family.
