Patricia Ann Faber's Obituary
Patricia Ann Faber, beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away on
April 10, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Mt. Pleasant, MI to John Welniack and Mary Myshock, on April 30, 1943.
Pat brought joy and compassion to all who knew her. On September 19, 1964, she married the love of her life, Raymond Faber, with whom she shared a lifetime of cherished memories. Pat dedicated her life to caring for others as a registered nurse in the healthcare field. Her nurturing nature extended beyond her profession as she found solace tending to her vegetable and flower gardens, alongside her cherished pets. Pat had an adventurous spirit and enjoyed traveling with Ray, relaxing around campfires, and family camping trips. Known for her unwavering love, patience, and boundless energy, Pat was a pillar of strength for her family and friends. Her warm hugs, delicious cooking, and talent for baking and decorating cakes brought comfort and joy to all who knew her. Pat's infectious smile and genuine delight in the company of others made her a beloved presence in any gathering.
She is survived by her children, Ray (Deb) Faber, Mike (Robin) Faber, Christie (Jesse) Brennan, and Jill (Craig) Green; brother, Richard Welniak; 11 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ray, siblings, Vicky Faber, John Welniak and Mary Bower.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, April 15th , at 11 AM at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Mount Pleasant with Father Tom McNamara as celebrant. Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 14th at the church from 2 PM – 4 PM and again an hour prior to the service Monday morning. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Judes Children's Hospital. Envelopes will be available at the church.
