Patricia Okay's Obituary
StanwoodPatricia Louise Okay, 53, of Stanwood, passed away Wednesday, August 3, 2011. She was born on January 7, 1958 in Benton Harbor, Michigan, the daughter of Ray and Evelyn (Parker) Gonser. Patricia attended church with her sister and mother at Christian Life Ministries in Big Rapids. She was a loving mother and grandmother. Patricia is survived by her mother Evelyn Gonser of Morley, two sons; Alex Okay and Tony Okay both of Stanwood, two sisters; Gloria Markham of Howard City, Sandra (Tom) Linn of Morley, two brothers; David (Barbara) Gonser of Texas, Frank Gonser of Big Rapids and three grandchildren, Phoebe, Brandon and Ciara Okay, plus many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father and one brother Larry Gonser. A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are by the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids. Memorial contributions may be made to the family and left at the funeral home.
