? Big Rapids-Phillip Charles Noe, 93, of Big Rapids formerly of Jackson passed away Sunday, February 13, 2011 at Altercare of Big Rapids. He was born November 19, 1917 in Vernon, Michigan, the son of Charles an Emma (Glinkey) Noe. Phillip is survived by his wife Doris and three sons, Gerald, Dan and Mike Noe. He was preceded in death by his first wife Florence also four brothers and two sisters and his parents. A memorial service for Phillip will be 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, February 16, 2011 at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids with Rev. Michael Riegler officiating. A visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until the time of services.
