Pricillia "Penny" Ann Ferguson's Obituary
Edmore-Pricillia "Penny" Ann Ferguson, age 69, of Vestaburg passed away unexpectedly at her home on Wednesday, December 2, 2020. She was born in Mt. Pleasant on October 21, 1951 to Hiram and Ethel (Evans) Mangus. Penny was raised in Blanchard, where she attended school and was in active in 4-H. She was employed as a line worker for Ore-Ida in Greenville, a sorter for Aunt Jane's Pickle Factory in Edmore and a homemaker. Penny married Bruce Ferguson on September 30, 1995 at the McBride Church of Christ. She enjoyed swimming, dancing, cooking, sightseeing, talking and everything about horses, especially riding. Penny loved her family, being able to spend time with them and watching Westerns. Anything with John Wayne was her favorite. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Penny is survived by her husband of 25 years, Bruce of Vestaburg; her children, Denny Lunsted of Vestaburg, Roxanne (Matt) Frasier of Shepherd, Sheila Cool of Weidman, Annette (Joey) McLochlin of Shepherd; 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; sisters, Cherylene (Kurt) Wrisley of Edmore, Carolin Stephens of Florida; brother, Gary (Carol) Evans of Edmore; nieces, nephews and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Hiram and Ethel; a daughter, Cindy Funsch; a brother, Bill Mangus; and a sister, Christina Seely.
The family will greet friends from 2:00-4:00 PM on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Edmore.
