Rebecca Lynne Cepak's Obituary
Edmore- Rebecca "Becky" Lynne Cepak, age 78, of Alma passed away at Sparrow Hospital in Lansing, on February 10, 2022. She was born in Muskegon on September 8, 1943, to Lyle and Ruth (Coville) Hulliberger. She was raised in the Blanchard area where she attended the Blanchard Public School, graduating in 1962. She continued her education at Decatur School of Nursing. Rebecca worked for 5 years at St. Vincent's Hospital in Taylorville IL, and Montabella Public School for greater than 25 years retiring in 2005. Rebecca Hulliberger married Frank Cepak on August 15, 1964, at the St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alma. She enjoyed sewing, knitting, crocheting, crafts, drawing, camping, and going to yard sales.
Rebecca is survived by her husband, Frank; sons, Matthew (Violetta) Cepak of South Lyons, MI, Jeffery (Carrie Anne) Cepak of Pulaski, Tenn., Anthony (Stephanie) Cepak of Signal Mountain Tenn.; 10 grandchildren, Levi (Bobbi), Cameron (Trista), Olivia (Brocky), Taylor (Danny), Holden, Matthew G, Dillion, Isabella, Morgan, Emerson; 6 great grandchildren, Jaiyden, Noah, Theodore, Wesley, Aurilia, Rylie; 3 sisters, Margie (Dave) Gares of Blanchard, Jill (Mark) Decker of Six Lakes, Jolen (Randy) Allen of Chillicothe, IL.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Jan Marie Cepak in 1966, brother Robert Hulliberger; sister-in-law Rebkah Riggles.
Rebecca will be laid to rest at the Pine River Cemetery. A memorial service will take place Saturday, May 14, 2022 at 11am at Blanchard Wesleyan Church.
