Rhonda Kay Burns' Obituary
Rhonda Kay Burns, age 55, of Lansing (formally of Lakeview) passed away after a long illness, July 18, 2017. She was born February 22, 1962 in Lakeview, the daughter of Dale Eugene and Savila "Sally" Ida (Pitcher) Burns. Rhonda was raised in Lakeview and attended Lakeview Schools. Rhonda graduated high school in 1983. Rhonda worked as with the food service for Kelsey Hospital and a clerk at Imperial Foods. Rhonda was also a caregiver for her Aunt Peggy for 15 years. Rhonda had many hobbies including Planting and potting plants, caregiving, attending church but she enjoyed spending time with her family most of all.
Rhonda will be deeply missed by her parents; Dale Eugene and Savila "Sally" Ida (Pitcher) Burns, brothers; Roddy (Rose) Burns of Stanwood, Roger Burns of Lakeview, sisters; Renee Burns of Lakeview, Robin Burns of Lakeview, two nieces, one nephew, seven great nephews, and 1 great niece.
A celebration of life for Rhonda will be Saturday, July 29, 2017 from 2 to 5 p.m. at the Hinton Twp. Hall on 3 Mile Rd. in Lakeview.
