Robert Paul Perkins' Obituary
Robert Paul Perkins, 66 of Remus, passed away unexpectedly at his home Monday, January 31, 2022. Bob was born to Paul and Georgianna Perkins on April 21, 1955, in Lansing, MI. He graduated from Grand Ledge High School in 1973, and then met and married Julie Ann Helms on April 19, 1975. Bob retired from Unified Brands after being with the company for 38 years. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Julie Perkins; his three children, Jeremi (Alyssa) Perkins of Remus, Joshua (Cara) Perkins of Weidman, and Andrea Shaw of Weidman, and eight grandchildren, Morgan, Megan, Gage, Jordyn, Reigyn, Bailey, Brynn and Cash. Bob’s ultimate highlight in life was his grandchildren. He loved hunting and fishing, and especially watching his grandchildren play sports. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Georgianna. Those desiring may direct memorial contributions to Robert’s family, to help with funeral arrangements.
