Ronald Foster Buchanan, born January 20, 1939, passed away December 5, 2017. He is survived by his wife, Judy; his daughters Pam, Christa (Brian Jobe, son-in-law, Kim, Stephanie and Cindy; his son Michael; brothers Thomas and Dennis; grandchildren Colton, Alex, Rhys, Chad, Jennifer, Jessica, Joslyn, Tara, Cody, Sadie and Zack; and numerous great-grandchildren. He is predeceased by his parents, Glen and Alice; his sons Anthony and Rodney; and brother-in-law Garrey Kelley. Ron tended to live his life to the fullest, always keeping active. He was a US Navy veteran and skilled Tool & Die Tradesman and mechanic. He loved cars motorcycles snowmobiles boats, always fine tuning them to make them faster and better. He was a skilled pool and poker player. He loved food and could eat with the best of them without ever gaining any weight! As a father, he was strict but loving. Always trying to teach us how to be better and to do better. He always stressed the importance of doing the right thing, being honest, and only wanted the best for his family.
