Ruth Laura Lutterloh's Obituary
age 96, of Lakeview, Michigan, went to be with the Lord on May 31, 2015 at Spectrum Health Kelsey Rehab and Skilled Nursing Center. Ruth was born on January 14, 1919 in Amble, the daughter of William and Vonda (Newman) Krampe.
Ruth was raised in the Amble and Howard City area and attended the Gaffield School. Ruth married Warren A. Lutterloh in Winfield Township on May 21, 1942. She then spent her life working on the farm, alongside Warren, until his passing in 1994.
Ruth enjoyed gardening, crafts, baking, cooking, decorating eggs, bead crafting, working on church activities. She was a longtime member of the Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Lakeview, Michigan.
Ruth will be deeply missed by two daughters Judy Robinson (Frank Mitchell) of Lakeview and Brighton, and Lois (Steve) Stewart of Stanton; two grandsons Steven Stewart and Greg (Missy) Stewart; three great-grandchildren Madeleine, Anthony, and Stone Stewart; two sisters-in-law Ida Krampe, and Norma Krampe; and several nieces, nephews, friends, and her church family.
Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Warren Lutterloh; her parents William and Vonda Krampe; and son-in-law Vern Robinson.
Services for Ruth will be Saturday, June 6, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Lakeview with Pastor Steve Voelker officiating. Visitation for Ruth will be one hour before the service. A luncheon will be held following the service at the church. Memorial Contributions may be made to Holy Trinity Lutheran Church or to charity of choice.
