Sally Ann (Lewis) Billings' Obituary
Sally Ann (Lewis) Billings, age 67, of Vestaburg, passed away Friday, July 28, 2017 at Carson City Hospital. Sally was born September 24, 1946 in Breckenridge, the daughter of Merlyn and Dorthy (Randell) Lewis. She was raised in the Edmore and Vestaburg area. Sally graduated from Vestaburg High School Class of 1968 and then furthered her education at Montcalm Community College. Sally married Thomas Billings on September 22, 1984 in Winn, MI at the Winn Methodist Church. Sally enjoyed crossword puzzels, word search, crafts, wood working, cards, and camping.
Sally will be missed by eight children Pam (Joseph) Klees, Annette Billings, Thomas (Olivia) Billings, Lucinda Sheltron, Sandra (Jeff) White, Deanna (Brad) Simmet, William (Caroline) Billings, and Heather Lytle; 59 grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; two sisters Sandy (Rocky) King, and Susan Grover; several nieces and nephews; and countless friends.
Sally was preceded in death by her husband Thomas Billings on Feb. 5, 2017; daughter Jessica Billings; grandson Jeremy Klees;four brothers Richard Fisher, Merlyn Lewis Jr., Jack E. Lewis, and Tommy Lee Lewis; and nephew Shane King.
Funeral services for Sally will be Tuesday, August 1, 2017 at 11:00 a. m. at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Vestaburg, MI with visitation starting at 10:00 with Pastor Steve Hale officiating. Those wishing to contribute in Sally's memory are asked to consider Sandy King. Burial will take place in Richland Twp Cemetery followed by a luncheon at the VFW Hall in Edmore.
