Sally Ann Lintemuth's Obituary
Big Rapids Sally Ann Lintemuth, 53, of Big Rapids, passed away peacefully at her residence, Thursday, February 19, 2009. She was born April 22, 1955, in Stanwood, the daughter of Gerald and Reathel (Prim) Lintemuth, and lived in the area until moving to Wyoming in 1980. Sally worked in the construction industry in Wyoming until returning to Big Rapids in 2007. She loved spending time with family, and had a fondness for animals. She also enjoyed shopping, antiques, bingo, and her computer. Sally is survived by one son, Kalvin Yarrington of Big Rapids; 2 daughters, Heather (Troy Wooden) Yarrington, and Brandi Yarrington, both of Rock Springs, WY; 8 grandchildren, Jasmine Wilson, McKayla, Chance, Kamron, and McKasey Schantle, Elizabeth, Tristian, and Troy (Jr.) Wooden; 1 brother, Terry Lintemuth; 3 sisters, Cindy Lintemuth, Sandy (Jim) Bowen, Jana (Richard) Smith; and one sister-in-law Velma Lintemuth, all of Big Rapids; and several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and -nephews. Sally was preceded in death by her father Gerald D. Lintemuth, her mother Reathel Ret Conner, who passed away on January 17 of this year; brothers Gerald Butch and Kalvin Lintemuth, sister Rosalyn Poke Lintemuth, and step-father Bob Conner. Funeral services will be 1:00 p.m., Friday, February 27, 2009, at the Mohnke Funeral Home in Big Rapids, with Jack Vander Henst officiating. Spring burial will be in the Pine Plains Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions for the Susan P. Wheatlake Womens Cancer and Wellness Fund may be left at the funeral home, where Sallys family will greet friends from 11:30 a.m. until time of service on Friday.
