Sharon Kay Jensen's Obituary
Sharon Kay Jensen, age 81, of Edmore passed away, surrounded by her family on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at Corewell Health Greenville Hospital. She was born on September 2, 1944, the daughter of Elmer and Frances (Sowles) Jensen. Sharon was born and raised in Edmore, graduating with the Class of 1963 from Edmore High School. She was employed by Electrolux in Greenville for over 40 years before retiring in 2005. Sharon enjoyed doing things for others and the simple pleasures of life. She loved attending her grandchildren’s sporting events and family cookouts. Sharon will be remembered as a hardworking and devoted mother and grandmother whose family always came first.
Sharon is survived by her daughter, Kristina (Lee) Arntz of Lakeview; granddaughter, Nichole (Mike) Johnson; grandson, Brandon (Liz) Arntz; great-grandchildren, Landen Johnson, Jillian Johnson, Charlotte Arntz, Lucy Arntz; her siblings; and a niece and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Elmer and Frances Jensen.
Interment at Vinewood Cemetery will take place at a later date.
