Sharon Rose Vander Wall's Obituary
Sharon Rose Vander Wall, age 78, of Six Lakes, MI and Hernando, FL won her lengthy battle with Addison's disease on June 30, 2021. She passed into glory and was welcomed into the loving arms of her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. Her greatest joys in this life were her husband of 58 years, her children, and grandchildren. She celebrated in their accomplishments, prayed them through their challenges, and always loved them. Born on December 11, 1942, she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. Sharon was also an avid card player with a competitive spirit, and she never missed shopping for a good bargain. She loved spending time with her family and friends both in Michigan and Florida. Sharon is survived by and will be missed dearly by her husband and caretaker, Jim Vander Wall; children, Jamie and Ed Bostwick, Jeff and Rochelle Vander Wall, Tammy and Joe Scharphorn; grandchildren, David, Michael, Rebecca and lsaiah Bostwick, Frederick Vander Wall and girlfriend Chelsea Coffman, Amanda Vander Wall and boyfriend Leo Mullinax, Olivia and Alec Leitner, James, Andrew and Myah Scharphorn; sister-in-laws, Marlin Seadorf, Carol (Ed) Shoop and many nieces and nephews. Sharon was proceeded in death by her parents Lawrence & Rose Seadorf and her brothers Robert, Larry and Michael Seadorf. The family would like to thank the Spectrum Health Hospice team that so lovingly assisted in comfort care during the past few months. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 3rd at New Life United Methodist church, 6584 W. Howard City-Edmore Rd. Six Lakes with Pastor Mark Mitchell officiating. The family will receive friends and family on Friday, July 2nd from 6-8 PM at Brigham Funeral Chapel 9977 W. Howard City-Edmore Rd. Lakeview and again Saturday morning from 10:00 AM until time of service at the church. A private burial will be held at Solon Township Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Spectrum Health Hospice or The National Adrenal Disease Foundation.
