Sheri Hundt's Obituary
On June 28, 2022, three months after celebrating her 54th birthday, Sheri Ann Hundt passed away. Born on March 25, 1968 to parents Alex and Beverly (Newell) Mizger, Sheri and her brother Scott grew up on Tubbs Lake, forming her lifelong joy of family time and campfires.
Around the ring of a fire was the most peaceful and important place for Sheri who loved the outdoors camping, going out on the boat, and simply enjoying a good conversation. Sheri wed her sweetheart, Kenneth, in 1988 and the two began their life together raising their children. Often perceived as the glue in their family, she would put others ahead of her own needs sharing her gratitude by her actions.
While her love of family was primary, she was devoted to animals of all kinds, particularly the squirrels who entertained her with their antics in return for her constant feeding. She will be greatly missed by both her loved ones and the animals she cared for.
Left to carry on her legacy are parents, Alex and Beverly; husband, Kenneth; Son Joseph (Hillary) Hundt; Daughter Samantha (Kris) Rinke; Grandchildren Riley, Elayna, Ember, and River, and brother Scott (Eva) Mizger.
Per Sheri’s wishes, cremation will take place with a private service to follow.
