Tim Owen Kilbourne's Obituary
Tim Owen Kilbourne, 64, passed away on May 24, 2025, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
Born on November 5, 1960, Tim grew up in Michigan and attended Stanwood Elementary and Morley Stanwood High School. Throughout his life, he remained true to himself and embraced every moment with a spirit of independence.
Tim had a deep love for his Harley and could often be found tinkering with small engines or radios-pursuits that brought him both joy and peace. Music was another passion of his; he believed it should always be played loud and lived by that motto. Those who knew Tim will remember him as someone who lived life entirely on his own terms.
He is survived by his son Zack Isbell (David), brothers Ken Kilbourne and Cary Kilbourne (Laurie), and his special friend Tammy Thompson. He was preceded in death by his parents, Glenda Oliver-Kilbourne and Jack Kilbourne.
A visitation to honor Tim’s life will be held at Mohnke Janowicz Funeral Home in Big Rapids, Michigan, on Friday, June 13, 2025, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
