Obituary
Edmore - Vicki Lynn (Goldsberry) Schaffer, age 77, of Riverdale, MI, passed away unexpectedly at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. Vicki was born on July 29, 1942 in Lansing, the daughter of Harold Otis and Norma Laura (Osborn) Goldsberry. She was raised in Ashley and graduated from Ashley Public Schools. Vicki continued her education and obtained her Licensed Practical Nurse degree. Vicki enjoyed 4H, needlework, and socializing. She was always on the go. She had a special love of animals (her dogs Cuddles, Shaggy, and Mitty), but most of all Vicki loved her family.
Vicki is survived in death by her significant other, Ronnie Carl; her special companion, Tinker; children, Paul (Jeannie Marie Fisher) Schaffer, Vicki Schaffer (Bruce Beardsley), Sue Schaffer, Missy Lear (Shane Mosley); grandchildren Chad (Mary) Allbee, Chastity Snyder (Dalton Woodard), Zack Sholley, Travis (Heather) Nelson, Seger Schaffer, Tyler (Andrea) Lear, Logan Lear; great-grandchildren, Gaige, Brox, Kyra, Bella, Layla, Lillyanna, Leelynn, and Noah, who is due in March.
Vicki was preceded in death by her parents Norma and Clint Nelson, and Harold Golsberry; and great-grandparents Homer and Nadine Osborn; and her dogs, Cuddles, Shaggy and Mitty.
