Victoria Joy Green's Obituary
It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Victoria Joy Green, who left this world on April 15, 2026. Victoria was born on July 17, 1959, in Cadillac, Michigan. She was a loving wife, devoted mother, cherished sister, and a beloved friend to many. Victoria's life was a beautiful tapestry woven through the music she loved the animals she cared for, and the joy she found in her children and grandchildren. She was a proud mother of two, Kenneth (Keesa) Palmer and Tori (Mike) Bauman. Growing up throughout Michigan as the daughter of a pastor, Victoria embodied the values of kindness, compassion, and love for others. She had a remarkable gift for bringing people together, often filling her home with laughter, the sounds of music, and the warmth of hospitality. Victoria cherished every moment spent with her family, especially her grandchildren, and took immense joy in their accomplishments and milestones. An avid collector of lighthouses, Victoria had an adventurous spirit and an appreciation for the beauty of the world around her. Her passion for animals was evident in her compassion for all living beings, and her love of children was reflected in her nurturing nature. Victoria is survived by her loving husband, Gary Green, her devoted children, Kenneth Palmer, and Tori Bauman, as well as her sisters, Verna Joan, Velda Jean, and Valerie Jane, along with her grandchildren Adison, Jase, Tayah, Willow, Lily, and Will. Each of them carries forward her love and warmth in their hearts. Funeral services for Victoria Joy Green will be held on April 27, 2026, at 11am at Janowicz Family Funeral Home in Lakeview, MI, with a visitation hour starting at 10am.
