Wayne Clyde Bunce's Obituary
Edmore- Wayne C. Bunce, age 83, of Edmore passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023, at My Michigan Medical Center in Alma. Wayne was born in Sheridan on May 12, 1940, the son of Clyde and Effie (Waldron) Bunce. He was raised in and attended public school in Sheridan. Wayne married Caroline Patterson on June 1, 1963, in Greenville. Together they had two sons, Michael and Christopher. Wayne worked for over 30 years before retiring from Northland Refrigeration in 2007. He also owned and operated the Edmore Car Wash. Wayne enjoyed word searches, video games, game shows, and watching the Detroit Tigers play ball. Wayne is survived by his children Michael Bunce of Edmore, and Christopher Bunce of Edmore; grandchildren, Matthew Bunce, Allison Bunce; and brother, Dean Bunce. Wayne was preceded in death by his wife of 59 years Caroline Bunce and his parents. A funeral service for Wayne will take place on Friday, May 26, 2023, at 1:00 PM at Brigham Funeral Chapel in Edmore with Pastor Louie Modgis officiating. Interment will be at Ferris Center Cemetery in Vestaburg.
