Me. Longnecker was my typing and accounting teacher in high school. I owe my first job to him! During the summers of my junior and senior years, I had a job typing for Central Michigan Life newspaper. I got the job because of my speed and accuracy in typing. Lots of fun memories in his classes!!!
Thank you Bud for taking the time to chat with me when you finished a board meeting. The stories you told of grand kids, your golf game and anything else that came to mind are precious memories that you have left me with. You will be missed.
So sorry Lisa, Craig and family for the loss of your Dad, he was a great man, I remember going to there cottage on Houghton lake when I was a child and visiting them in Edmore , where we always went to the family bakery. You are all in our thoughts and prayers.

He was the best Uncle. He always had time for me, Uncle Bud asked everyday, Do you need a ride? Do you have lunch money? He cared about all his nieces and nephews but he stepped up after my dad passed, and he did it with kindness, understanding and compassion. He will be remembered with love.
As a MAISD board member, for many years, Bud worked hard to listen and do what was in the best interest of all students in Montcalm County.
