Doug Weaver lived across the street from us when we were growing up. All the neighborhood kids played together. Doug was a year younger than my brother Tom, and his good friend. I remember him as a fun loving little boy. I met his wife Vicki when Tom's and my mother, Ruth Nessman, passed. I was impressed by her strength. My deepest sympathy to Vicki and to all the Wagners. May Doug rest in peace.
