My favorite memory of Jim was teaching him how to preserve and can his own food. He was our star pupil in the class and became a very good friend. I miss him a lot. Happy heavenly birthday Jim.

I enjoyed knowing James and walking his dog Dozer for him. We would often run into each other while we were out for breakfast and then sit together and eat. He had lots of amazing stories about his life and I was happy to get to know him. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing. He will be missed.
