I haven't seen Karen in awhile ,but she was a great neighbor and friend. We use to go for walks and just have many talks and fun times. You will be missed by many. I will hold on to my memories with you. Prayers for your family!
I didn't know Karen long, but she made my life better with her warmth and generosity. She will be long remembered and truly missed. In the brief time we worked together, it was clear how much she adored her family- they are now all in my prayers.

Kare loved to play practical jokes and I would fall for most of them and was co-conspirator at times, priceless memories. Kare's pure joy when Harmony shared in her love of shopping for clothes., and fishing with the boys,the time she threw a life like baby doll at Dr Poff, a phone call to Olija in FLA telling her her flight was cancelled, it was not. In a dark corner of restaurant/ bar Kare helping me catch my breathe by standing behind me with her arms around me and my arms raised in the air, oh the looks we got, we laughed so so hard. So many laughs, long discussions and plans of being nursing home roomies, we would of had those care workers busy. So many stories, so many memories. Kare's quick wit, love of life, vulnerability, empathy and intelligence made being friends with her unique, comforting and just plain sweet.
