Margaret Sterling, our spunky, caring and sweet mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away Sunday, October 9, 2016 in St. Louis, MI. Per her wishes, a celebration of her life will be held October 23rd from 12:00 PM to Read Obituary
Sorry for your loss. I got the pleasure of meeting Margaret when she came to schnepp. I worked with her in therapy, and immensely enjoyed the history she shared with me about Saint Louis and life in the past. She was very knowledgeable and a good teacher. Ann Hall, OTR
My heart is heavy hearing of Maggie's passing. My Grandmother and Maggie were very good friends and I remember many laughs and good times that they enjoyed together. Also, Maggie, along with her loving daughters Nan and Barb, babysat for me. They all cared so deeply! I remember Maggie's gentle manner and how loving she was. During this difficult time, I remember the good memories we all shared together. I am positive that Maggie and my Grandfather are reminiscing and getting reacquainted. I had never met a woman who had more grace and strength than your Mother. She was a wonderful person and had a lot of things in life she had to deal with that some people would not of handled that well. I thank her for taking such good care of all the kids she had in her life. We talked about that, when I was there to see her this summer. She told me she loved them all and they were GOOD kids!! I was very grateful to have such a wonderful babysitter for my children when they were young and also just grateful to know your Mom. May she rest in peace. Time heals! Love to all of you.
