Margie (Manley) Hubbard of Lakeview passed away peacefully at her home on February 5, 2021. Margie was born to Flora (Briggs) and Walter Manley on April 24,1935, and was welcomed home by her big sister, Verna. The bond between Ver Read Obituary
Margie is my 2nd cousin 1x removed. I am stunned how much she looks like my grandmother. Absolutely remarkable. (I do a lot of genealogy of our family.) Her mother Flora Briggs is the daughter of Verna Hill -Briggs, daughter of Flora Resseguie -Hill. Her grandmother Verna is the little sister of Charles, my grandmother's father. Verna and Charle's parents Samuel J Hill and Flora Mae Resseguie -Hill are interred in Fountain, Mason, Michigan, just north of Tallman Twp, NE of Ludington.
