I would like to say a few remarks about Diane Stout: to the very end, facing death, Diane was brave, courageous, and even harlequin - like in her life, she was guided by her faith and by the holy spirit - to her very last breath. She often said that God was with her and leading her through her trials and tribulations, even in death she was clearly eased by God into her reward, another better life. So here was one of those lives that was truly noble and full of dignity, who asked questions, pondered answers, showed spunk, yes, sometimes, even a salubrious defiance; and so she remained true and loyal to her God and to her convictions. Rex Stout.
