Thank you for the many smiles and loved shared through your window ministry to our drivers.
Kent here from DRB. I'm glad I stopped in and spent some time with you when I did. I was lucky to get to meet you. I'll always remember and cherish and be thankful for all the mornings seeing you waving in your window and your kind signs. You always brought joy to us truck drivers everyday. I'll speak for all of us truckers by saying we're going to miss you. Prayers for your family and loved ones for strength, comfort, healing, and continued love. Amen 🙏
Marie was a great model of finding joy, sharing joy, caring about others and persevering through challenging times. She touched so many lives. In recent days, she shared her joy and caring through her 'window ministry'. She will be truly missed ...and leaves a strong model for all to follow. Godspeed Marie!

We are deeply sorry for your loss ~ Brigham Funeral Chapel - Edmore
The pleasure of getting to Know Marie was quite an honor. I enjoyed our time together, and learned many things. I will forever miss our talks and time together. Thank you for the honor of helping her the last few years.

Marie was next to me in choir. She would get me laughing and tell me we are going to get in trouble. Then tell me another funny story. She would encourage me when I was out walking and wave from her window.
I remember her from church. She was one of the people that who was always around while I was growing up. Thinking of all of you.
May your memories be a comfort to you.
I have so many fond memories from Marie and Leonard coming to Detroit with my mom and dad to bring me a washer and dryer at my first house, to the escapades of Colleen and Marie. They were quite a pair and brought out the best in each other. Marie was mischievous, spirited, and delightful. I know she will be missed by all who knew and loved her. Condolences to the family.
