Ellen, I am so sorry to hear about Merv. Although we haven't had any contact in many years, I still remember all of the times we use to get together to play cards, party and just have fun. They will always be a good part of my past. I remember the time Merv gave me a ride on his motorcycle and I almost tipped us over. That was the one and only time I ever got on one. He was always dedicated to you and your children. My heart goes out to you and your family in this very difficult time. May GOD be with you, Bonnie (Dailey) Davis
Worked for merv on his farm baleing hay, and feeding calves when they went to Florida, and grew up with merv Jr. One of my best friends! Always treated me like family, absolutely one of the greatest family's I know. He will be greatly missed. So sorry for your loss. Love you guys! Ryan hetherington family
You are in my thoughts.
With deepest sympathy,
I knew him as kids growing up. He went to the same church as me growing up., Elm Hall Free Methodist Church. I am Elaine Grover Smith. Marcus and Bertha Grover's 2nd girl and 5th of 7 children. Sorry for your loss. Glad for Heaven's gain.
This Erin Domino his neice. I live in Texas and just a few weeks ago e had a huge snow storm and I was telling my children about growing up and going to my Aunt Ellen and Uncle Mervs house and how me and little Merv and Heather would get pulled behind the tractor on the sled in the snow and I showed then a picture I have of my Dad Dennis Dailey holding me on a calf. I was about a year and a half old. I always loved going to their house growing up and remember our trips to our Grandmother and Grandfathers lake house in the summers. I am truly heart broken over the loss. He was an outstanding man and my prayers are with my family. Aunt Ellen I am so sorry for your loss. It is a loss to everyone who ever knew him.
Truly sorry , your families in my thoughts and prayers.
