Opal Jean Underhill, age 92 of Lakeview, passed away in the loving care of her family and friends Saturday, March 28, 2015. A funeral ceremony in Opal’s honor will be held Wednesday, April 1, 2015, at Janowicz Family Funeral Home Read Obituary
She was the best Mother anyone could ask for. She held our family together with her heart of love. She loved her Lord and was such a faithful prayer warrior for each and everyone of us as well as others she loved and cared about. I miss her so much. And I want to see my family all back together again when Jesus returns.

Family of Opal ~ You have much to celebrate this day as you remember a long, well-lived life!! Thank the Lord for the loving and caring Mother/Grandmother you had for so many seasons of your lives. I'd be interested in the history of her basement clothing service. Through that service she touched many lives in the name of her Lord Jesus. I don't think any of you or your father lacked for anything because of her devotion to those outside the family. She was a gentle and loving person,she was devoted to her six children and her faith and I was so blessed to have known her,I miss her.
She was the world's best great grandma anymore could ask for.
I was really close to grandma! i enjoyed helping her with basement sale.also loved playing board games with her.
Opal was a very nice person. The times we visited, I found her easy to talk to. She was a very strong person. I enjoyed the letters she wrote my mother.
