William, my dad, was the most amazing, kind, patient man I'll ever know. He just wanted everyone around him to be happy. My heart sooo aches for him and I'll miss him every day of my life. I'm so blessed and grateful to be his daughter and hope to honor his name by trying to be as good to people as he genuinely was. He was all about love just as Jesus teaches us. The key to everything is love. I'll miss his silliness he had at times, his sayings "well hey" and "oh boy" and his sweet smile. His smile that could light up any room and a contagious laughter. I will miss laughing till we cried then laughing even more. 💗

My first time meeting Grandpa Bill was during Thanksgiving, he was sitting at the table and got up to give me a hug but stubbed his toes on the table. I felt so bad but glad our last time seeing each other, I was able to come to you and give you a hug ❤️ I'm so grateful that I got the chance to know you and say goodbye. Rest peacefully 🙌🏻
I remember working on building projects with Alger Abbey and Bill, learning alot from them about construction, and about life. I respected Bill's work with the Honeymoon Heights, serving with him on the Board. We attended the Free Methodist Church together. We enjoyed many competitive games of Cribbage together, even after his stroke! Our last conversation included his talking about his reliance on Jesus's death and resurrection paying the price for forgiveness of his sins, and entrance to Heaven.
