Winnie was certainly an outstanding woman, wife, mother, grandmother who not only loved to talk about her family, she always seem to take an interest in me, knew me right of the bat as Tim's
classmate, my parents and family, no matter wherever I saw her. She was always so happy that I did her taxes at COA, and each time tried to pay us, and so grateful that we volunteered to help
seniors. Will miss her smiles.
